Who runs this site

Japan Travel Rules is run from Japan.

Analytics and tracking

Right now we don't use any analytics, advertising networks, social-media buttons or other tracking. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, handles the usual technical details of each request (such as the page address and your browser type) to deliver the page and keep the site secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If we start counting visits later, we'll update this page first.

What your browser remembers

• If you pick a currency for the price estimates, your browser remembers it on your device (local storage, key jtr-currency), so you don't have to pick it again. It is never sent to us.
• When we add other languages, a small note may offer them. If you close it, your browser will remember that you closed it, in the same way.

That's all. You can clear it at any time from your browser's settings for this site.

What we don't collect

• No forms, sign-ups or accounts — we don't ask for your name, email or anything else.
• No cookies.

Each page links to the facility's official website. Those sites have their own privacy rules.
